The Friday before Halloween we had our own pumpkin carving party. Hiram was at a football game, so he didn't get a chance to make a jack-o-lantern, but the rest of us came up with some pretty good designs.
I made sugar cookies for the first time in years and we had a cookie decorating contest. The rule was you couldn't vote for your own. Everyone voted for Ethan's.
WOW!! Those pumpkins are AMAZING!!! I need to move move to Oregon (heehee) to be closer to you and participate in all your fun traditions!
